Hi everyone - I am selling my 2007 Nissan Xterra. It has been a wonderful SUV, and I know you will enjoy it as much as we have!

Some key features of our 2007 Xterra:

• We are the second owners, and have had it since May of 2009. We have only put 23,000 miles on it in 3 years!
• It has 58,800 miles on it currently.
• It is a Colorado car.
• It has never been in an accident or had any body work repaired.
• It has selectable 4WD and it works perfectly. Great to have in our winters!
• It is Carfax Certified! I have run the Carfax report and can send it to you if you would like to see it.
• Our Xterra has aftermarket leather seats AND heated seats that were installed by the original dealer in Greeley - both were not options in 2007, and as far as I know you still can't get heated seats in an Xterra! Perfect for our winters.
• It has great tires - we put new Firestore Destination A/T tires on it when we bought it, and have rotated them very regularly - they have tons of life left!
• We replaced the stock stereo head unit with a Pioneer FH-8000BT head unit that has Bluetooth, Mp3 capabilities, and interfaces with iPods and iPhones.
• I also installed an XM satellite receiver that directly integrates with the Pioneer head unit, so the car has XM radio!
• The car comes with two sets of floor mats - one cloth stock Xterra set, and the other a very ruggedized rubber set that's great for winter! The cloth set looks brand new as they have never been used.
• The cargo area has a retractable cover to hide belongings.
• There is also a rugged plastic cargo organizer bin that screws into channels in the cargo area.

The car is in great shape overall. We have taken care of it, have service records, and I just had both the oil changed and the car detailed inside and out. It is easy to drive and will be a great car for anyone.
